How long does it take to approve my application?
Applications are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days. If you haven’t received a response within a week, please reach out to us at wholesale@wartribegear.com.
Are there minimums on orders?
No, there are no minimum order requirements. You can order any quantity that works best for you.
Is a wholesale account available to anyone?
Our wholesale program is reserved for gyms only. To keep our focus on supporting the gym community, we currently don't accept applications from online resellers or drop shippers.
Can online retailers or drop-shippers qualify for a wholesale account?
No. War Tribe wholesale accounts are reserved exclusively for gym owners who actively teach and operate Jiu Jitsu programs. We do not offer wholesale access to online retailers or drop-shippers.
Can you customize my products?
No, we do not offer custom manufacturing or personalization. However, you are welcome to add your own patches or modifications after purchase.
Are bulk discounts available?
No. Wholesale pricing is already our best rate, and additional discounts are not offered regardless of order size.
Can I apply for a sponsorship or refer a student athlete for one?
At this time, War Tribe is not accepting new sponsorship applications or adding athletes to our program.
Do you offer wholesale accounts outside the US?
Yes, international gyms are welcome to apply, but shipping costs, duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Are all War Tribe products available at wholesale pricing?
While all products on our site are available for wholesalers to purchase, not every item is offered at wholesale pricing. Our wholesale catalog includes select products, and this lineup may expand in the future.
