Can I Exchange My Item?

At this time, we currently don't provide the option to exchange. If you're needing a different size, you'll need to return for a refund, then repurchase the correct size through our site.

Start Your Return

Before initiating the return process, ensure that the item meets our return guidelines:

  1. Return Window: Please return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: The item must be in new condition, with tags still attached, unworn, and unwashed. It should be returned in its original packaging, specifically the Gi bag it was initially received in.

If your item meets our guidelines, please download and fill out a return form. (DOWNLOAD HERE).

A return form must be included with your return. If you do not have a printer, please provide a note with order information, name, item returning and email.

Please note that we cannot accept items that have been washed or used in training. Additionally, final sale items, including clearance and mystery items, are not eligible for return.

Shipping Your Return

We're in the process of getting our return hub up and running for easier and quicker returns. In the meantime, you have two options for returning your items:

  1. Self-return: You can cover the shipping cost and use any carrier of your choice. Return items to:

  2. Return label: we can provide you with a return label for your convenience. Please note, a flat fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund. For smaller items, this fee may be less. This option is for US orders only.

To request a return label, simply email with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Name
  3. Item(s) you need to return

Once we receive your email, our team will review your request, approve your return, and send you a return label.

When returning your item, please package it in a box or a shipping envelope. Please refrain from using the decorative product bag originally provided, as it is not suitable for shipping and may lead to damaged items. Please note that returning items in this manner will incur a restocking fee, whether the product is damaged or not.

How Long Does a Refund Take to Process?

After we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and inspection of the item. Once the inspection is complete and your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please note that after the refund is processed, it may take an additional 2-4 business days for the funds to return to the account used during checkout.

Refund amounts do not include the original shipping cost. If a pre-paid return label was provided, the fee will be taken of the refund total.

Faulty/Wrong Product Return

In most cases, we will provide a return label for you to send back the incorrect or faulty item. Please note that we will not resend a new item until the incorrect or faulty item is on its way back to us.

International Returns

At this time, we cannot provide a pre-paid fee for international returns. If you need to return an item, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping.

Original shipping is non-refundable.
