Ordering

Are There Minimum Order Requirements?

No, there are no minimum order requirements. You’re free to order any quantity that best fits your needs.

Can I Use Discount Codes With My Wholesale Pricing?

No, wholesale accounts are not eligible for additional discount codes, as wholesale pricing already reflects our best discounted rate.

Can I Edit My Order After I’ve Placed It?

If you need make a change or cancel your order, please email us at orders@wartribegear.com.

Please note, order changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after the order is placed, as we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Can I Order Customized Gis?

No, we don’t offer in-house customization or custom-order options at this time. All products are sold as shown on our website.

Can I Order Mixed Sizes?

We offer pre-made separates for our Women’s styles, but we don’t currently offer split sizing for Men’s or Kids’ gis, and we aren’t able to accommodate mixed size requests at this time.

Can You Send Me a Product Sheet With Pricing?

No, we don’t provide a spreadsheet with product, pricing, or inventory details.

My Order is Incomplete or Damaged

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us at orders@wartribegear.com. Include your order number and a photo if the item is damaged so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping & Fulfillment

How Long Does It Take to Process and Ship My Order?

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed during business hours typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after hours will ship the next business day. Please note, orders placed Friday afternoon will ship the following Monday.

What Carriers Do You Use?

We ship with UPS and USPS. If standard or free shipping is selected, your order will ship via a ground service through one of these carriers.

We highly recommend adding Route Package Insurance at checkout, as we’re unable to reship or refund orders lost or misdelivered by the carrier if insurance isn’t purchased.

Do You Have Shipping Insurance?

Yes, we offer Route Package Insurance and highly recommend adding it at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered if insurance isn’t purchased.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or additional fees. International customers are responsible for covering these charges upon delivery.

Do You Offer Volume-Based or Tiered Discounts?

No, pricing remains the same regardless of quantity. The wholesale price you see is our best available rate.

Product Information

Is Every Product Available at Wholesale Pricing?

Only select gis are currently available at wholesale pricing, including our wholesale-exclusive Zero Gi.

Additional products may be added in the future. If you’d like to suggest an item for inclusion, please contact us at wholesale@wartribegear.com.

Which War Tribe Gis are IBJJF Legal?

Our current IBJJF-approved gis include the Ascend, Competition V2, and Legacy models.

Are Your Gis Pre-Shrunk?

Yes, our gis are pre-shrunk and may experience only minimal shrinkage after washing.

Returns

What Is Your Return Policy for Wholesale Orders?

We do not offer exchanges on wholesale orders. If you need a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

If you would like a return label, email returns@wartribegear.com with your name, order number, and the item being returned. A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If two or more gis are returned, the return shipping fee may be higher. You may also return the item using your own carrier, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

How Do I Report a Defective or Incorrect Item?

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email orders@wartribegear.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
