The freight carrier has extended the suspension of flights in the region through March 28. Due to this continued delay, the estimated ship date for all affected pre-order items has been updated to Early-to-Mid April.

This estimate reflects the current flight suspension and may be subject to change depending on when operations resume and the shipment is able to move again.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and checking for daily updates on our shipment. As soon as we receive new information, we will share it here. Any major updates will also be communicated directly via email to customers with active pre-orders.

The estimated ship date for all affected pre-order items has been updated to Late March. This estimate reflects the current delay and may be subject to change depending on the airline’s reassessment of flight operations and airspace conditions in the region.

The freight carrier had previously suspended flights in the region through March 10. As of today, we have not yet received an updated status from the airline regarding when flights will resume.

We're currently monitoring a delay affecting early March pre-orders.

Over the weekend of March 1, the flight carrying our shipment was grounded during a layover in Saudi Arabia due to conflicts in the region. As a result, the shipment has been temporarily delayed.

The freight carrier has paused flights in that area through March 5 and will reassess operations at that time. We expect to receive an update following that reassessment and will share any new information here as it becomes available.

Customers who placed an order prior to March 3 will receive a direct email update once we have additional details. Orders placed after March 3 reflect an updated estimated ship date of Late March, accounting for this delay. All customers with active pre-orders will continue to receive updates should any additional changes occur.
