War Tribe was founded by grapplers, for grapplers. It started in 2012 in a storage unit in Texas, with a small setup of folding tables and stackable bins, selling gear online and going to local events to get the brand out.

As we grew, we moved operations to Oklahoma, running everything out of a garage and shed, still using folding tables, but with our name starting to become known. We were always pushing our designs and were one of the first brands to release lined Gis. The Reaper Gi is one of our earliest designs and still one of our most popular.

Eventually, we made our way out west to Bend, Oregon. We got our first warehouse space, and within a year, moved into a larger one.

Today, we've kept the same goal from the start: to create gear for the people who show up and put in the work. Whether you're training daily or competing, it's gear you can rely on.
