Unless you have just started training or you’ve been living under a rock lately you know who Keenan Cornelius is. The Hawaiian seemingly came out of nowhere and took the jiu jitsu world by storm as a purple belt when he became the first athlete to ever win a double Grand Slam in Brazilian jiu jitsu’s four biggest tournaments. He is part of the new breed of athletes taking over the scene and one of the most promising members of the next generation of high-level competitors fighting on the mats today. Felix Rodriguez caught up with Keenan to discuss his rise to stardom.
