See complete event gallery + order prints and downloads - www.mikecalimbas.com/MMA/LFC38Steven Peterson (12-4, pro) has been on a meteoric rise for the past two years now. He’s always been serious about his MMA career but ever since moving over to Octagon MMA (home to many UFC pros) he’s matured as a fighter and it shows. Gone are the days where he was going on pure aggression, skilled in many facets of the game but perhaps lacking in patience. People either loved him or hated him then. Nowadays, he’s still every bit as aggressive but more efficient, more skilled, a cool and calculated killer. And fans in the know, love him for it.

On October 2nd, Steven Peterson gets his biggest opportunity yet. A main event date with undefeated BlackZilian, Irwin Rivera at the top of the Legacy Fighting Championship 46 card scheduled for Allen, TX. Peterson vs. Rivera will headline the televised card on AXS TV and all eyes will be watching. Win here and it’s likely on to a title opportunity or a one-way pass into the UFC. It’s the shot he’s been waiting for.

“I feel incredible!” says Steven headed into the fight. “Main event in my hometown?! It’s an honor and there’s no lack of motivation! I have been training nonstop since my last fight. I have taken no time off, and I know my hard work will pay off! I will finish Rivera and hand him his first loss! I believe I’m the uncrowned king of Legacy and I don’t need a belt to prove that! After I dominate Rivera I believe the UFC will be calling me, immediately!  It’s been a long time coming!”

Make sure to tune in at 10PM EST/9PM central on AXS TV to watch War Tribe Gear sponsored athlete, Steven “Ocho” Peterson in action in the main event of the evening!
