About Allen
Allen Rose is a War Tribe Gear sponsored athlete and a brown belt under Phil Cardella and Relson Gracie. He began training in 2009 along side his father, Shane Rose. He is also a full time student at the University of Texas at Tyler where he is studying Business Finance. Allen is a Certified Personal trainer and Certified Sports Nutritionist. Allen is a “lead from the front” type instructor and teacher. He’s continuously on the mats with his students coaching and improving their techniques and skill sets.
