Change of Mind Returns:

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error, accidental order of the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

Time Frame for Returns:

Return within 30 days

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original packaging and the tags/labels attached

Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Faulty Product Returns:

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, or the wrong item was sent we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable timeframe. Please email customercare@wartribegear.com for special processing for these returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment that was used to make the purchase. Refunds take 5-7 business days to post on credit cards. Shipping cost for the original purchase will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee:

If items returned for refund do not meet our listed guidelines there will be a restocking fee of $20. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs & War Tribe will pay for items to be returned back to you.
