WAR TRIBE RETURN + EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item for a refund or exchange. Please check below to see if your item is eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can take 5-7 business days to process and new item to be shipped out. 

Full Gis must be exchanged for the size needed. We do not exchange a single jacket and/or pants.

We currently only allow you to change the size of your item, not the style. If you are wanting to change to another style you will need to return for a refund and place a new order through our site.

Please check the “Guideline for Accepting Items” to confirm your item fits our exchange requirements.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Exchanges on pre-order items are dependent on what is available. We try our best to keep inventory in stock in order to fulfill exchanges, but due to the limited numbers and the high demand of War Tribe products sometimes exchanges are not available and the customer will be provided an alternative choice. If you need to exchange an item that you purchased while on pre-order and would like to check if this option is available please contact us at customercare@wartribegear.com.

RETURNS

If you decide to return your purchase for a refund please check the “Guideline for Accepting Items” to confirm your item fit our return requirements.

 

 

GUIDELINE FOR ACCEPTING ITEMS:

✔ Return within 30 days
Item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
 Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

EXCLUDED ITEMS:

Items purchased from a retailer other than wartribegear.com, please contact the original seller for returns/refund information
Clearance or Final Sales Items
Gift Cards
 Customized Products

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURN

If an item purchased is faulty, incorrectly described or the wrong item was sent we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable timeframe and is unworn/unwashed.
Please email customercare@wartribegear.com for special processing for these returns.

REFUNDS

Refunds take approximately 1-2 weeks after we receive your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.

RESTOCKING FEE

Potential restocking fees may apply if item are returned in poor condition. (i.e., the item appears dirty, cigarette smoke or detergent odor, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.)  Minimum restocking fee is $20 or more depending on the quality of the returned item.

SHIPPING (FOR US CUSTOMERS)

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If exchanging, War Tribe will cover shipping costs for outgoing exchange item.

SHIPPING (FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If exchanging, the customer will be emailed and a flat rate shipping cost will be charged for the exchanged item.
