Shipping Questions

 

  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is received.  Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing the following business day (warehouse operations Monday – Friday)

These ship times only apply to items that are in stock and available to ship now, pre-order items will ship on the scheduled ship date.

  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to almost all countries. We do have some countries that have increased occurrences of fraud that we do not ship to. If you do not see your country when checking out there is a chance that the country is not one we provide service to.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    Please be advised, shipping options do not guarantee a delivery date, it is based solely on an estimated time of delivery. A signature upon delivery option is not available at this time. The package will be left at doorstep if the recipient is not available to accept the package or a notice will be posted by the carrier if available for pick-up.

IMPORTANT Note: All international, US territory and Military destinations will require customs clearance, which may delay delivery. The customers will be responsible for duties and taxes incurred on international shipments. For more information regarding taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.

 

Sizing Questions

 

  • What is the right size gi, rash guard or short for me?

  •  How much does a War Tribe gi shrink?
    Depending on how you wash and dry your gi, we estimate your gi will shrink between 1-3 inches. For maximum shrinking, wash your gi in hot water and tumble dry.

Order Questions

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order it must be done within a few hours of an order being placed or before the next business day. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed, due to this we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be processed in time.


Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. After receiving the shipment you will need to send back the item(s) for a refund. The shipping cost back to War Tribe is the responsibility of the customer.

To cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us at customercare@wartribegear.com or contact us via LiveChat. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please reference your name, email associated with the order and order number.

How can I make a change to my order?
At this time, we only allow size changes to orders, if inventory allows and customer has contacted us before their order ships. If you are wanting to change the style or color of your Gi, you will need to cancel your current order and place a new one.

Can I change my shipping option or address?
If you need to change the address or shipping option it must be done within a few hours of an order being placed or before the next business day. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed and we will try our best to make the change to your order.

Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we receive and to prevent processing delays, we cannot combine multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed, items can not be added to an order.

What happens if I did not receive my order?
If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us at customercare@wartribegear.com or contact us via LiveChat. We will then assist in opening up an investigation with the shipping service (FedEx, USPS). If it is found that the package was not delivered due to an incorrect address or the package being refused by the recipient, then the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

What happens if I did not receive my complete order or my order is damaged?
If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately at customcare@wartribegear.com or contact us via LiveChat so we can rectify the situation.

What would cause my order(s) to be modified, placed on hold or canceled?
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, Paypal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not permitted, or orders placed over the specified purchase limit. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Pre-Order Questions

How can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any point during the pre-order process. The only time you may not be able to cancel your order is within a couple of days of the ship date.

Can I make a size, color or style change to my order?
Yes, you can make a change to the size or color, if it’s the same style of your pre-order item (i.e. changing the IceWeave Gi from a Black A2 to a White A3, is possible), we cannot change your item to another style (i.e. changing IceWeave A2 to a Rival A3, is not possible). While pre-orders can be a couple of months away, numbers on our site reflect the actual number arriving in the shipment, due to limited numbers and how quickly they can sell changes depend on the inventory available. If there have been multiple ship dates on the item in question there is a chance that a size or color change could affect your ship date, the customer will be informed if the change to their order could affect their ship date before the change has been made.

Can I change my shipping option or address?

Can you ship out my other items before my pre-order item?
We can only split an order and ship items early if the customer pays for additional shipping.
