RETURNS

We currently are not providing exchanges. If you are needing to “exchange” an item, you will need to return for a refund then repurchase the correct size through our site.
Please check the “Guidelines for Accepting Items” and information on shipping items back to us.

SHIPPING (FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS)

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If exchanging, War Tribe will cover shipping costs for outgoing exchange item.

SHIPPING (FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If exchanging, the customer will be emailed and a flat rate shipping cost will be charged for the exchanged item.

FAULTY / WRONG PRODUCT RETURN

If an item purchased is faulty or the wrong item was sent, please contact  customercare@wartribegear.com. Please include the order number, name, and image of the issue (if item is faulty)

GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTING ITEMS:

✔ Return within 30 days
✔ Item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.*
✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

*A restocking fee will be applied to items that have been washed or have noticeable wear.

EXCLUDED ITEMS:
✘ Items purchased from a retailer other than wartribegear.com, please contact the original seller for returns/refund information
 Clearance, Mystery, or Final Sales Items

 

SHIPPING ITEMS BACK

Please ship items in a box or shipping envelope, do not use the product bag items arrive in.
The product bags items arrive in are purely decorative and are not meant to be shipped and can lead to items becoming damaged during transit back to our warehouse and restocking fee applied to damaged items.

REFUNDS

Refunds take approximately 1-2 weeks after we receive your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.

RESTOCKING FEE

Potential restocking fees may apply if item are returned in poor condition. (i.e., the item appears dirty, cigarette smoke or detergent odor, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.)  Minimum restocking fee is $20 or more depending on the quality of the returned item.
